Founding partner of Mercurio Partners and Mercurio Gestora, Leonardo Vannier holds a degree in Production Engineering from CEFET-RJ, with a specialization in Finance from COPPEAD and Corporate Law from FGV. He worked in the valuation and financial planning areas of Eneva, with financial modeling of assets for M&A transactions, new businesses, financing processes and debt restructuring. He worked in the corporate finance area of OGX, participating in the company's debt and equity raising processes.
