With the purpose of investing in alternative assets, the focus of investments is on structuring and total or partial equity participation in assets from different links in the energy chain.

O Mercurio Geração Flexível Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura, established under CVM Instruction 578, its specific purpose is to increase the value of the capital invested in the acquisition of a shareholding in the Pecém I Thermoelectric Plant, located in the Port of Pecém, Ceará, Brazil.
Pecém Energy
The project is located in the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex (CIPP) and has a total capacity of 720 megawatts, which is equivalent to half of the energy generating park of Ceará. The objective of the Energia Pecém thermoelectric plant is to meet the growing demand for electricity in the state, the Northeast region and the National Interconnected System (SIN).
